The program is truly a time saver. Prior to this program we had to notify the employees and process all the paperwork for our recognition program. However, since changing to Select-A-Gift, my only involvement is sending Jane the list of Employees with anniversaries at the beginning of our Fiscal year and then processing the invoices as they come in.
